Blog Journal #9

I have enjoyed my time in EME2040. I have found the coursework to be entertaining and useful. I am in an asynchronous section. I have enjoyed being able to complete assignments throughout the week at my own pace. The only thing I dislike is that I miss the in-person environment, however, I do not think it is necessary for this course. When I am a teacher I think implementing a class blog to provide updates for my students and their parents will improve the classroom experience. Open educational resources are any resources in print or digital format that are free and available to the public.  This  webpage is from the University of Central Florida (UCF). Blog Journal #8

    This was my first time using the Weebly website, so I was still figuring out how to navigate it while creating my website. I learned how to add a google calendar into a website. I also learned that you can add little bits of code into the Weebly editor in order to add specific elements to it. I can apply the skills I learned in this assignment in my future career because I am now familiar with a new website editor. The only thing I disliked about this assignment was that I had difficulties editing the text in the header. Visit my website  here  .     Diigo taught me how to bookmark pages and share them with a group. I also became more familiar with the bookmarking tool itself. This application can be useful in my classroom with team members because I can share useful links. It can also be helpful in my individual professional efforts because I now have a place to store specific bookmarks and visit them when necessary.     Technology is useful ...
